Ed & Lisa Young
Ed Young is a pastor, author and conference speaker noted for his creative communication style. He has a passion for making the complex, simple as he speaks truth to people in ways they can understand and apply to their everyday lives.
As a noted author, Ed has written 14 books, including his most recent book, New York Times best seller, Sexperiment. Other books by Ed include Outrageous, Contagious Joy; Beauty Full; and Kid CEO.
Ed is a frequent conference speaker, and he provides resources for church leaders through CreativePastors.com and the Creative Church Conferences (C3). Ed’s teaching is also streamed 24/7 at EdYoung.com.
Ed has been married to his wife, Lisa, for more than thirty years. They have four children and live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Dr. John Cross
President of C3 GlobalFellowship Church
Dr. John Cross served as senior pastor of South Biscayne Church for over 27 years. During that time, the church experienced tremendous growth and saw thousands of lives changed for the glory of God. In 2017, the church merged with Fellowship Church.
Dr. John Cross is now the President of C3 Global and works to bring the vision of Ed and Lisa Young to local churches across the country and around the globe.
Through the annual C3 Conference, Roundtable Events, and Webchats, we collaborate with senior church leaders and pastors to build relationships that strengthen and grow the church.
In addition to preaching at churches and conferences in the United States, he has also traveled globally to speak in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Ukraine, Turkey, Kenya, Ecuador, Romania, Haiti, Norway, Costa Rica, and India.
John holds degrees from Mercer University (Bachelor of Arts) and Southwestern Seminary (Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry).
John is married to Dawn, and they have five children: Courtney, Brooke, Hope, Blake, and Kirk. They enjoy serving the Lord together as a family.
Dharius and Shameka Daniels
Dharius Daniels is a cultural architect and trendsetter for his generation. He is the founder and Lead Pastor of Change Church. Change Church is a vibrant ministry that impacts people of all ages, socioeconomic classes, and ethnic backgrounds.
Pastor Dharius has developed a Breathtaking Ministry concept that describes the standard of excellence: a standard that is apparent in his commitment not only to ministry but also to education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey, and a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. He has a versatile gift and speaks frequently in seminaries and churches across the country.
He is married to Shameka Daniels and they are the proud parents of two sons Dharius Seth and Gabriel Micah Daniels.
Mac and Julie Richard
Lake Hills Church
Mac Richard is the founding and Lead Pastor of Lake Hills Church in Austin, TX. Mac and his wife Julie established Lake Hills Church over sixteen years ago. Prior to that, Mac served on the staff of Fellowship Church in Grapevine, TX for seven years. Upon graduating from the University of Texas with a BS in Speech Communications, he attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Masters of Divinity with Biblical Languages.
Mac’s passion is to reach people with Christ’s message of hope by creatively using today’s tools and technology. His teaching is focused on the unchanging truth of scripture presented in a style that captivates, educates, and challenges his audience.
Mac and his wife Julie have been married for over twenty years and have two children. As well, they have collaborated on the book Beauty Full: Becoming More Than Just Pretty, co-authored by Mac and Ed Young.
David and Lisa Hughes
Church by the Glades
Coral Springs, FL
David and Lisa Hughes have the privilege of loving and leading Church by the Glades, a multi-cultural fellowship in a part of South Florida that is over 90% un-churched. They have been part of the church resurrection, seeing a declining congregation of less than 500 soar to nearly 7000 in average weekend attendance, during their decade and a half of leadership. Creativity, cutting-edge worship, and a passion for helping people far from God connect with Christ are key components in the mixology of this innovative church. A graduate of Texas’ Baylor University and Southwestern Theological Seminary, Pastor David is a homegrown South Florida product, sensitive to the diversity and unique opportunities of the area. David and his wife, Lisa, have 3 children: Charlie, Victoria, and Zane.
Bil and Jessica Cornelius
Corpus Christi, TX
Bil Cornelius is the founder and lead pastor of Church Unlimited, formally Bay Area Fellowship, in Corpus Christi, Texas, which has in just fifteen years grown to a membership of over 8,000 people between 10 campuses, making it one of Outreach Magazine’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Churches. In 2008, he launched Bil Cornelius Ministries, a TV ministry that brings his message of hope to South Texas. He can be seen hosting the Praise the Lord broadcast throughout the world on TBN. Bil is also a sought-after speaker and church health and growth consultant and lives in Texas with his wife, Jessica, and their three children.
Brad and Stephanie White
The Gathering Church
Brad White is the founding and Senior Pastor of The Gathering Church. His life's passion is to clearly and creatively communicate God's Word to a variety of cultures and life stages. The mission of The Gathering Church is to reach the empty and the searching so they can know Jesus and be filled. Brad & Stephanie live in Tampa with their three children: Landon, Caroline & Catherine.
Second Baptist Houston
Ben Young is an author and pastor at Second Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, which has six campuses in the Houston Metroplex area. His most recent book is Room for Doubt. He is also an adjunct professor and a founding director of Houston Theological Seminary which is a dynamic new initiative of Houston Baptist University and Second Baptist Church.
Galen and Kay Woodward
Galen and his wife Kay came to Citizen Church in 1981 and served as student pastors until 1993. In June of 1993 Galen stepped into the position as Senior Pastor. Six years ago he started the journey of transforming a seventy-five year-old, traditional church into a progressive, creative and relevant church of all ages reaching a young generation. Citizen Church's transformed vision has now become a reality, having one of the largest student ministries in the Nation.
Galen's practical and life applicable teaching is a facet of his ministry that helps define Citizen Church. His experience and wisdom, coupled with continual passion and excitement, propel us forward to reach beyond our walls into our city, across the border, and around the world. He is a conference speaker, author and the host of Focus Conference.
He and Kay, along with their three sons, are the heartbeat of Citizen Church. They encourage others by their dedication and commitment to the work God is doing. Their passion brings life and excitement for the future as we continue leading ordinary people to an extraordinary God.
